Description: Bobby is only 1. He is still nervous towards new people. He loves me (safehouse mum) but is unsure on the other people in the household. He will let them touch him, but is nervous. He loves a cuddle with me and when I tap his cage, he comes over and tilts his head for a stroke. He is very much a one person bird. Once you have started bonding with him, you’ve got a friend for life. He loves to come out of his cage. He may have a fly around. But he feels most comfortable on his cage and he will climb up the cage from the floor.
He loves his fruit and veg. He’s currently on a pellet diet and doing amazingly well.
We just want Bobby to find an amazing person or family, to keep building his trust up.
Bobby does talk, he says:
“Bobby”
“Hello Bobby”
“Bobby Whistle”
“What’s doing Bobby”
He does many whistles and we are still trying to figure out some of what he says.
