Description: Hi, I’m Ollie and I’m a quiet, laid back guy looking for my forever home with a male as my primary carer. I don’t scream and shout, I just chill on my perches and say variations of ‘hello’ and ‘hey there’. I might be able to say other things but I’m keeping that secret for now! I’m not bothered by the two smaller parrots and the puppy that I currently share a house with, they do their thing and I do mine. I’ve been put on a healthier diet these days because my feathers are a little too yellow…no sunflowers for me! My safe house parents keep trying to give me fresh fruit and veg but I’m not converted yet!
I can fly well despite my size, but I prefer to climb around to investigate my surroundings. Toys are being introduced to me, so I’m not sure what I like yet.
For some reason I just don’t get on with my safe house mum, Dad is better. He can give me scritches and clean my cage. I’ve started allowing Mum to change my food but I’m still cautious around her and will bite if she doesn’t watch out for my signals!
