Description: Chiti is a blue fronted amazon and is 3 years old. He came to us and unfortunately had never been out of his cage. He was not hand tame. He is getting better with training. He now comes to the front of the cage when you call him. He will let you stroke his feet, beak and head. He does need some more training, but with time he will definitely get there. We have only had him for just over 2 weeks and he has come on leaps and bounds since then. As long as his new family continue with his training we think Chiti will do well going to his new home. Chiti does not favour male or female, he is fine with both. He has also been around kids and dogs. The kids have only touched his feet.
He does come out of his cage with us and sits and chats on his cage. Sometimes he may not want to go back in his cage, so we have to put him back in ourselves. He is already a loving bird and loves his toys and is continuing to thrive.
