Description: Tilly has settled beautifully into her safehouse and is now ready to find her forever home. She is a bright, vocal, and engaging girl who enjoys both interaction and independent time. She has shown great progress during her stay and continues to grow in confidence.

Daily Routine & Enrichment

Tilly enjoys:

Out‑of‑cage time. Spending time in her cage when she chooses, Being vocal and joining in with household sounds

Interacting with other birds in the room. Having the last word — a true female Grey personality

She is an enthusiastic chewer and regularly destroys her toys, so she will need a steady supply of safe, enriching chew toys to keep her stimulated.

Vocalisations

Tilly is a wonderful talker and mimicker. Notably:

• When men are talking in the room, she switches to a man’s voice

• She often goes into full “conversations,” with occasional clear words mixed in

• She enjoys being vocal around other birds

Her vocal personality makes her a lively and entertaining companion.

Diet

Tilly happily tucks into:

• Chop

• Seeds

She is not currently showing interest in pellets, so her adopter will need to continue gentle pellet‑conversion techniques if desired.

Ideal Home

Tilly would thrive in a home where:

• Her main carer is female

• She has space for out‑of‑cage time

• She receives plenty of enrichment and chewable toys

• Her vocal nature is welcomed

• Any males in the home understand her boundaries and are willing to give her space

She is a clever, expressive bird who will flourish with patience, understanding, and consistency.
