Description: Baby has only been with us for a short time, but he’s already settling in wonderfully. He enjoys coming out of his cage to perch on top and watch the world go by. Baby is quite a relaxed bird, but he loves to keep himself busy by ripping paper and cardboard. He also enjoys playing with noisy toys, which keep him entertained. Baby will step onto your hand, although he might try to nip at first. However, once you gently tell him “no,” he stops. He’ll need someone who can be firm yet loving with him. Baby prefers not to be approached while he’s in his cage, but you can clean his cage and replenish his food and water without any issues. His diet mainly consists of pellets, and he’s not too fond of fresh food or vegetables, often throwing them away, but given time I’m sure he will get used to eating them, However, he does have a particular liking for pistachio nuts. Baby is a beautiful bird with a lot to say—though he has a funny habit of burping quite often. This beautiful boy has so much love to give and will undoubtedly bring joy to anyone who adopts him. He gets along with other birds—we have a couple of our own, and he doesn’t bother with them.
