Description: Hello, this is Scarlett she is around 17 years old and can whistle “half a pound of tuppeny rice” from start to finish. I am sure as an only bird Scarlett could be handled again but will take some work. Very sadly, a bereavement in the family requires movement of other birds, which will stress Scarlett out too much.
