Description: What can I say about scruffy? Well, he is a sweet little man and although he will not fully step up, he is happy to but is foot into your hand. Sometimes he will step up all the way but it’s not super common. He has settled amazing into our busy and pet filled home. He eats well and will let you know when he has ran out of food. Scruffy enjoys watching the other birds and he will come out of his cage, but he also enjoys his own company. Scruffy will be perfect for a home that already has birds and the time to win him over.

Scruffy is such a special little man. He loves playing with you and all of his toys. Loves walking around the room and today he apparently climbed onto me when I had fallen asleep on the floor. And he just sat there for about an hour while I was making those beautiful sleeping sounds my wife tells me I make (apparently a cross between I cow mooing and a Rino eating). I likes the other birds here but he does keep them awake past bedtime some nights. He will be sure to make a perfect companion. Scruff needs a male carer
