We have been told he is male
Rio loves attention, head scratches. unfortunately we have been told his feathers were cut badly as a young boy and now can’t fly properly but he still enjoys sitting on his cage watching the world go by and trying to out sing the other parrots here in his safe house. Rio is missing 2 toes on his right foot due to a sibling fight.
He likes a variety of food, Pellets, Seed, Pasta, Beans, chop, nuts.
Since being in his sh he has loved attention from the women and is slowly allowing males to get a little closer.
So far he has said

Not 100% on what Rio wants in his forever home just yet so will update as soon as we do
